The project was to survey and prepare detailed design for a new bridge across the Chao Phraya in the vicinity of Wat Nakorn-In in Nonthaburi Province. The new bridge was designed as a cast-in-situ prestressed concrete box girder, with a main span of 130 meter and two side spans of 95 meter each. Work included the design of 30 kms connecting road system which consisting of a 12 km East-West Road and a 18 km North-South Road. The project, after completion, will interconnect Phet Kasem Highway, Outer Ring Road, Rattana Thibet Road and Tiwanon Road.
As part of the service, SPAN has assisted PWD in Land Expropriation process. The work was to perform all necessary survey of private-owned land and properties within the Right-of-way limit. The information was used for calculation of compensation cost.
